If you don't accept these terms, you are not authorized to use this site as well as our software (collectively "products").
Disclaimer
Our products are provided "as is" and "with all faults". In no event will Philipp Keck, Martin Scholz or anyone else mentioned on this website be liable for any damages caused by our products, its contents or any linked contents respectively by using it.
Software usage
Our software may only be sold or replicated by Philipp Keck or with his written permission. However, reselling a single license together with a remote control, that was purchased in a bundle with the remote contorl, is permitted.
Decompiling, disassembling or any other analysis is strictly forbidden.
Our software may only be used with a valid license. One license is only valid for one Operating system on one computer. A license can be assigned to another computer by our support team, though.

All trademarks and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Credits
All icons used on this website or in the X10Receiver.NET v2 have either been created by us or been released under LGPL (or a comparable licence). We have tried hard to find all the designer's websites. If one is missing, please tell us.

We (operators of this website and developers of X10Receiver.NET v2; Philipp Keck and Martin Scholz) respect your privacy. In no way will we sell, rent or lease your personal information or give it to a third person in any other way. Collection of personal data is limited to the technically required minimum or is performed anonymously.
This Privacy Statement informs you of our privacy practices and any information that is collected online or in our software is used.
Data collection on this website
To improve our website, we employ Google Analytics™. Any collected data is entirely anonymous. If you still do not want this information to be collected, feel free to opt-out.
Information like your name or your contact address(es), that you enter on our web site to create an account or to order licenses, are only stored for these purposes.
There is an exception for the licensing system (see "Licensing system" below).
In no event your personal information will be given to a third person or evaluated statistically.
Licensing system
Within the scope of our software validation system, we gather the following data from you: your name, your e-mail address and your HardwareID #1 and #2. Those HardwareIDs identify your computer but they don't allow to determine your identity or the hardware or the software you use. This data is only used for licensing matters. These are: Serial generation, validation and consignment, identification of incoming payments, notification about automatically changed serials and support requests. Additionally, we subject to log your IP address in the event of unauthorized or improper use of our software to prevent brute force attacks and cracking.

All data that reaches us with your bank transfer will only be used to assign your payment to your order and is possibly required by the inland revenue.
Right of Access
You are entitled at any time to request information about all data (beloning to you) stored on our servers, it's origin and purpose. Further information on how to contact us can be found at the top of this page.

Please note, that the whole sales part is in German only. We cannot afford legally valid texts in English, but we will try to support you with inofficial translations. Therefore, refer to the German version to get more information about the conclusion of the contract.
